Generator services · Giza, Egypt

Power that’s installed, tested & looked after.

From the first site survey to the day your system goes live — and every service visit after — one engineering team handles installation, integration, testing & commissioning and after-sales support for generator systems from 15 to 2,500 kVA.

Service 01 — Installation & Commissioning

From survey to switch-on.

One accountable team, four clear stages. Each stage closes with a defined output, so you always know where your project stands and what comes next.

Integration scope

Systems we install and integrate around the generator set:

  • Acoustic enclosures
  • ATS / AMF panels
  • Synchronizing panels
  • Vibration isolators
  • Fuel tanks & feed
  • Exhaust & ventilation
  • Cabling & protections
  1. Step 01 · Survey

    Site survey & engineering review

Every installation starts on site. We study the location, the load and the constraints before anything is fabricated or delivered — so the system fits the project, not the other way round.

    • Location, access & ventilation paths
    • Load requirements & rated capacity (kVA)
    • Equipment weight & support layout
    • Environment — e.g. coastal or dusty sites
    OutputAgreed scope & approved drawings
  2. Step 02 · Installation

    Installation & system integration

Our crews position the generator set and integrate every associated system around it, following the approved drawings for the project.

    • Generator positioning on vibration isolators
    • Acoustic enclosure, air inlets & outlets
    • Diesel fuel tank & fuel-feed lines
    • Exhaust lines, cabling & protections
    • ATS / AMF or synchronizing panel connection
    OutputIntegrated, ready-to-test system
  3. Step 03 · Testing

    Testing & commissioning

Before anything is signed off, the complete system is tested on site. Commissioning confirms that the generator, panels and associated systems operate together as intended.

    • Comprehensive system test before handover
    • Panel & transfer operation checks
    • Fuel, exhaust & ventilation verification
    • Test results recorded for the client
    OutputCommissioned & verified system
  4. Step 04 · Handover

    Handover & after-sales

We hand the system over to your team with a clear walkthrough — and we stay on as your after-sales contact for service visits, technical support and follow-up.

    • Operational walkthrough for site staff
    • Handover documentation
    • A direct technical contact at United
    • Transition into after-sales support

Service 02 — After-Sales & PPM

Handover is where our job continues.

Standby power is only valuable if it starts the moment it’s needed. Our after-sales team keeps installed systems inspected, tested and documented — on call, or on a planned schedule.

On-call

After-Sales Support

A direct line to the engineers who installed your system — for troubleshooting, follow-up visits and technical questions long after handover.

  • Technical support by phone & WhatsApp
  • Diagnostic & corrective site visits
  • Follow-up on installed enclosures, panels & fuel systems
  • Guidance for your on-site operators
Contact support
Contract

PPM Contracts

Planned Preventive Maintenance on a fixed schedule — so problems are caught during a planned visit, not during a power cut.

  • Scheduled visits every [XX] months
  • Inspection of engine, enclosure, fuel & exhaust systems
  • Panel & transfer function checks
  • Test run with a written service report
  • Priority scheduling for contract clients

Upgrade

Upgrades & Retrofits

Improve an existing installation using the equipment we fabricate — without replacing the generator itself.

  • Acoustic enclosure retrofit for noise-sensitive sites
  • ATS / AMF panel upgrade or replacement
  • Larger fuel storage & new fuel-feed lines
  • Vibration isolation for existing sets
Discuss an upgrade

Contract scope, visit intervals, spare-parts supply, warranty terms and service coverage are confirmed per project in your written proposal.
